Prolonged use of hydroquinone may lead to a condition called ochronosis, a permanent darkening of the skin, especially in individuals with darker skin tones. This risk increases with higher concentrations and longer treatment durations. Use of sun protection is essential during treatment to prevent repigmentation and minimize the risk of adverse effects. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes.

Do not use Stealth Health Brightening if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. It is also contraindicated in individuals with a known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to hydroquinone or any other component of the formulation. Not for use in children under the age of 12.

Common side effects may include mild skin irritation, redness, dryness, or itching at the application site. These effects are usually temporary and may subside with continued use. If these effects persist or worsen, contact your clinician.

Avoid concomitant use of other topical products that may cause irritation, such as peroxides or other bleaching agents, unless advised by your clinician. Using these products together may lead to severe skin irritation. Consult your clinician about all medications and skin care products you are currently using.

Stealth Health Brightening is for external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the prescribed duration of treatment without consulting your clinician. Always use broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher daily, even on cloudy days, to protect treated areas from sun exposure and prevent repigmentation. Regular follow-up with your clinician is recommended to monitor progress and assess for any potential side effects.
