Seek immediate medical attention if you experience an erection lasting more than four hours (priapism), sudden vision loss in one or both eyes, or sudden decrease or loss of hearing. This medication can cause a sudden drop in blood pressure, especially when combined with other medications. Do not take Stealth Bombers if you are allergic to Sildenafil, Tadalafil, or any other ingredients. Do not use if you are taking nitrates for chest pain, or certain recreational drugs known as 'poppers.' Avoid if you have severe heart problems, recent stroke or heart attack, low blood pressure, or certain inherited eye conditions. Discuss your full medical history with your clinician.

Common side effects may include headache, flushing, upset stomach or indigestion, nasal congestion, back pain, and muscle aches. These side effects are usually mild and temporary. If any side effect persists or worsens, consult your clinician.

Stealth Bombers can interact with various medications. Do not take with nitrates, alpha-blockers, or other ED medications. Inform your clinician about all prescription, over-the-counter, and herbal supplements you are taking. This includes medications for high blood pressure, certain antifungals, and antibiotics.

Stealth Bombers are a prescription medication. They are not for everyone. Consult your clinician to determine if this treatment is appropriate for you. Sexual activity carries a potential risk for patients with heart conditions. Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol when taking this medication. It may increase the risk of side effects. This medication does not protect against sexually transmitted infections.
